Broomhill Sports Club Coaching Day

BSC Glasgow have unveiled plans for the club’s Coaching Day on Sunday January 8th.

The BSC coaching family will gather for a day of learning and development with three fascinating presentations and an on-field training session with our trio of UEFA Pro Licence guest coaches.

Former Airdrieonians and Glasgow City head coach Eddie Wolecki Black kicks off the event with his talk on Pre-Season Training With and Without the Ball.

Ex-Dundee United assistant manager Gordon Young follows Eddie with his look at Changes In The Game - Euro 2016. The line-up is completed by Jim Duffy with his take on Building up to Matchday and Session Planning.

This will be followed by an on-field session in the afternoon when the coaches will look at different aspects of the game working with one of the BSC Glasgow squads.

The club’s Director of Coaching Iain King said: “We are very grateful to Eddie, Gordon and Jim for giving up their time to come and help develop our coaches.

“These sort of learning days are invaluable in building the knowledge of our coaches and I look forward to seeing everyone there on the day as we look to establish this event as part of our calendar at BSC Glasgow.”
