Katrina Dunn & Nicola Hardie Leaving BSC Glasgow

They say all good things must come to an end and as the 2016/17 season draws to a close, we’re sad to announce that we are saying goodbye to First Team Sports Therapist Katrina Dunn and Goalkeeping Coach Nicola Hardie.

All of the staff, players and volunteers of BSC Glasgow FC would like to thank Katrina and Nicola for their dedication to the club which Katrina joined at its inception in 2014 and Nicola not long after in 2015.

General Manager George Fraser said: “The focus of most football clubs is usually on the on field activities as that is how a club’s success is measured. However, as Aristotle said ‘The whole is greater than the sum of the parts’ and in our particular case that is especially true when you look at all the people involved behind the scenes.

“Katrina Dunn, who has been with us since the beginning of our Lowland League adventure, has been a stalwart throughout. Katrina is moving on to pastures new, which is great for her but a massive loss for us. She goes with our eternal thanks, and best wishes for her very bright future. They will both be greatly missed.”

Nicola Hardie is moving on to join Rangers Ladies as goalkeeping coach and will continue her role with the Under-15 National team. She told us: "It has been a pleasure to work with Stephen and Joe this season, as well as in the seasons before. Their hard work and commitment to improve has been unquestionable.

"Both 'keepers have progressed from our Under-20s squad and the club have supported my personal development over the past three seasons: I will always be grateful of the opportunity to join the team. Good luck!"

Katrina is going to be focusing on her practice at Glasgow Club Bellahouston - if you’d like to make an appointment to cure what ails you, give her a call: 07964 725005 or search KD Sports Injury Clinic on Facebook.
